Being born in the bustling city of Amsterdam and growing up in a small town in the Kootenays influenced my love for the two different atmospheres, unable to choose one or the other. The quiet mountains or the cozy, people-filled terraces, the cold clear lakes, or being able to drive across the country within three hours, are some of my favorite differences between Canada and The Netherlands that make me feel at home in both.

Painting and drawing, music, nature, traveling, and trying new food are some of my favorite hobbies that I spend a lot of time doing. As soon as one hobby falls to the background, another one quickly takes its place, whether it's lino-carving, bouldering, making spiced rum, or propagating plants, my time is never misspent.

Together with the help of my dad, in the summer of 2021 right after the covid pandemic, I decided I’d love to have a place where I could store memories and create new ones. As soon as this idea crossed my mind, my dad had already bought a domain and the dream became a reality.
